  • First: identify and accept the self behind the feeling:
  • Then: be aware and stay with the feel of it. You connect. It is ‘part of me’.
  • Then: accept and be willing at a deep level. Self, “what is me’, is going to be changed. ‘Am I willing to hand over control of myself to my sense of greater than self?’
  • This can only happen by your choice and willingness. Check that the controlling self  ‘I’ is not running the process.
  • Then, with practice,: what is there as self, as ‘me’, as ‘what I am’, will be changed.
  • Why or how? No one knows, it's just what happens.
